Shipping Policy

“Our friendly and professional staff will contact you by your preferred method to inform you of any changes and special circumstance that may be involved with your order.”  Most orders will be shipped within 5-6 business days. All shipments are out of NY. Shipments to West Coast may take up to 10 days to get to the destination by Ground delivery. You may request Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Day shipping for faster delivery of your merchandise for an additional fee.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority at winkyou.com. We will gladly exchange any item that is in new condition (unworn with original tags attached) for size, color, and style within 5 days from receipt. All sales and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned. Any items with sequins or beading are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. It is against health regulations to resell any clothing especially any undergarment that is worn, soiled, laundered or damaged; therefore we can not accept any exchanges or returns of any items that are not in new condition. 

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please e-mail or call us before sending the item back. You must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before you can return an item. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and write the RA number along with a brief description of the reason for your return or exchange (onto the copy of the invoice). Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of shipping carton.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchanges.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if:

  • It is 20 days passed the original date of the invoice.
  • There is no Return Authorization number (RA#) issued.
  • If the item is worn, soiled, laundered, used and/or is not in new condition.
  • Any tags are missing.

Some returns are subject to Store Credit only.
Please allow up to 30 days for refunds and charge backs.
